If you suspect a significant fault with your LED device and would like to start a warranty claim, contact our Customer Service Team at support@omniluxled.com. To verify that you are within the warranty period, we will need the name and/or the email address associated with the order, the original order number, or any other details about your order or the product. If you made a purchase through an Omnilux provider (North Shore Laser Clinic), you will need to provide proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation). Please allow 1-2 business days for someone on the Customer Service Team to reply. In order to quickly troubleshoot your device, we will ask you to share a short video to verify the fault with your device.The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
The Omnilux manufacturer's warranty period begins upon the delivery date of the original order.
The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty only covers LED devices that are purchased directly through omniluxled.com or one of its authorized providers.
Omnilux is only responsible for shipping warranty replacements within Omnilux fulfillment regions (US, CAN, AUS, NZ, UK, & EU). Arrangements for warranty requests outside of Omnilux fulfillment regions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the following:
Accident, misuse, abuse, or alteration
Servicing by unauthorized persons
Connection to incorrect power sources
Use with unauthorized accessories
