There a 3 stages of hair growth anagen, catagen, and telogen. Laser devices hit the hair that is in the anagen phase ( this phase has the most melanin in it) light is attracted to colour. Pigment in the follicles absorb the energy and the hair follicle is destroyed. It can take up to 150 days to endure the entire hair cycle. That’s why we recommend 6-8 sessions for 70-80% permanent hair removal. The hair must be dark. If the hair is white or blonde it will not work with any laser.

With more and more research done it is suggested you wait longer periods in between sessions to get the best results. Facial hair has a faster hair growth cycle than body hair so sometimes treating facial hair a bit earlier 6-8 weeks is ok.
✅ Prior to coming into to getting laser hair removal. All areas should be shaved or trimmed shortly. The hair can shaved everyday but no waxing, plucking, or using hair removal lotions in between session.
